Highlights
Seeing a brand develop and then being able to bring it to life is what we love doing. Whether it's our design team or yours, it doesn't matter delivering on what's asked is what we do. This project is a great example of that. Lewis from Full Frontal Marketing(opens in new tab) created the design on behalf of Accounts.Golf marketing team - The Rumour Mill Creative(opens in new tab). Look what can happen when you bring experts from each area into a project and ask them to do their thing!
Challenges
This site didn't have too many complexities to it but it was the first time we'd used a motion animation (the golf cart at the bottom of the screen) and so we put our learning caps on and delved into the world of lottie files and website motion animation. On it's own, it's not too difficult but when you start to look at how it appears on different screens you have to ensure the speed matches up to the width of the device, otherwise the cart can look like it's going 100 miles and hour or 1 mile an hour!
The second animations we had to integrate were test animations. In some locations we have an animated strikethrough on text and circling of text. Again the main issue to resolve is how it works across different devices otherwise you can find the strikethrough misses the text it's meant for!
Graeme Love

Result
If you're looking for a down to earth, golf loving accountant then this website has hit the nail on the head. It encapsulates every about Graeme and his team. His approachability, his desire to meet new people (or play a round with them), his passion for finding out more about a business and how he can support them. It presents the personality and professionalism of the company in their own unique way.
The brand is clear and consistent, thanks to Lisa from The Rumour Mill, and it makes them stand out from the crowd. No stock imagery that you'll find on a typical accounts website, what you see is who you'll get and that's what we love about this website. If you land on the site and don't think these guys are right for you, then they're probably not and that's OK.
As well as carrying out the development of this site we also host and maintain it, ensuring the security of the site, the backups and that it remains up to date and fast loading for every visitor, regardless of which device you're on.
