OK, so they're not actually edible cookies, it's just a term used to describe data we store on your computer, that helps with this tracking process. To find out exact details, read on, otherwise please be assured we can not track your name, address, phone number, or what you're drinking when viewing the site, unless you choose to email this to us!
If you submit a contact request or quick quote request we ask for your name, email address and phone number. If you do submit the contact form, the information will be stored in our CRM system for us to manage your enquiry efficiently. All auto generated emails from us will be sent from support@ampersandstudio.uk and we won't pass on your email address to anyone else. If you would like to remove your details from our CRM system, at any time, please email us to request removal.

If you submit a form request its metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can action your request and respond appropriately.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have submitted a form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Where we send your data
Form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We may also transfer your data to our Zoho CRM account, which will only be used for our own purposes. No data will be passed on to a 3rd party that we don't have control of.
