If you submit a contact request or quick quote request we ask for your name, email address and phone number. If you do submit the contact form, the information will be stored in our CRM system for us to manage your enquiry efficiently. All auto generated emails from us will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org and we won't pass on your email address to anyone else. If you would like to remove your details from our CRM system, at any time, please email us to request removal.

If you submit a form request its metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can action your request and respond appropriately.
